On a server or cloud account in your company's name. You pay the hosting provider directly, so there is no markup and nothing to untangle if you ever move on. If you do not have one yet, we will tell you what to set up, then deploy to it and keep it running.
The software: monitoring, security updates, bug fixes, a set number of hours each month for small changes, and support with response times agreed in writing. It does not cover office IT such as laptops, printers or networks, or the hosting bill itself. Larger new features are quoted separately before any work starts.
Yes. The code, the accounts and the intellectual property are yours from day one. We do not hold source code hostage, and if you ever take the software in-house, we hand it over with documentation.

Every project starts with a small fixed-fee discovery, so you can judge how we work before committing to a build, and you own the code from day one.
Yes. We begin with a paid audit, a few days reading the code, the servers and how it is deployed, and come back with an honest answer about what is worth keeping, what has to be rewritten, and what it will cost. Then it moves onto a monthly maintenance plan like any system we built.
A small fixed fee for discovery, a fixed project fee for the build agreed after discovery, then a monthly maintenance plan. You will never get an open-ended hourly estimate attached to a vague scope from us, because that is how projects end badly for both sides.
